| I started with
Tracey because I had bad tension in my shoulders and neck.
Once Tracey started with the massage I felt completely
relaxed. “WOW” what an experience, Tracey's
hands became very hot and the colours I saw was phenomenal,
what an experience, I felt comfortable and very tired
when Tracey had finished. I would also recommend massage
to everyone as I know, like me, they would feel the benefits

| I have known
Tracey many years, before all this therapy stuff began.
I was one of the most cynical people around her, never
believed for one minute that any of this could help me
to relax with life, like drugs have. I have had Reiki
& Massages and both have left me with a wonderful
relax feeling and attitude, I can’t explain how I
felt with the Reiki it was ‘weird’ and very
personal to me...have a go and find out for yourself.
